* While visiting an apartment leased from RDL Properties, the railing on which Goodloe was leaning gave way causing her to fall from a third floor balcony. Goodloe suffered a closed head injury, concussion, post concussive syndrome and other injuries. Goodloe is seeking judgment against RDL Properties for punitive damages, pre and post judgment interest on all damages, costs and attorney fees.
