Justice Albright progressing daily after surgery

CHARLESTON -- State Supreme Court Justice Joseph Albright continues to recover from surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Presbyterian, according to West Virginia Supreme Court Information Services Director Jennifer Bundy.
Albright had an esophagectomy surgery on July 28, but he has experienced a difficult recovery.
According to his family, however, Albright is progressing daily.
Although they have not been advised as to the date he will be released from the hospital, his family hopes that he soon will be home in Parkersburg.
Bundy said his family appreciates the cards and letters that Albright has received and all inquiries made on his behalf.
