Man owes more than $100,000, company says

BERKELEY SPRINGS -- Faslo Solution LLC has filed a breach of contract complaint claiming a Jefferson County man failed to pay back a loan of more than $100,000.

Faslo Solutions claims Sabur A. Muhammadpoe entered into a loan agreement April 14, 2006, but failed to make payments on a timely basis.

"Defendant is due and owing pursuant to the loan agreement in the amount of $102,778.82," the complaint filed Aug. 25 in Jefferson County states.

In addition to the balance due, Faslo Solutions is also seeking court costs and attorney's fees.

The company is represented by Richard Ralston of Seattle, Wash.
