State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co., a subrogree for Lewis R. Withrow Jr. vs. Trina Green and Dale Hughes

* On April 23, 2010, Green was driving a vehicle owned by Hughes on a parking lot of a GoMart in Poca when she struck Withrow. State Farm paid damages to Withrow as a result of the incident. It claims the defendants owe $29,036.78. The insurance company is seeking damages in the amount of $29,036.78 with pre- and post-judgment interest.
